  I have often though about The Power of Now as Zen for Dummies, except that reading the Power of Now isn't an intellectual process.  It's about "being" the watcher of the mind--where intellect takes place.  The rewards are so great that it's worth the read.  The worst that can happen is that you stay in the mind-set you're in now.

    The two most useful features in the old Blogster IMO which made it dynamic and lively were the buddy list ordered by user activity, and the visitors link.  That is how I knew who was on, and obviously, who had visited me.  Without these features in operation, the screen just sits idol.  Not a valuable use of time, I must say.
